Where can I get a non-hardcover book printed?

Do you know of any photo book printer that will allow me to create my own book and then print it but i do not want a hardcover. Which companies offer either a soft cover or a spiral binding?

www.PhotoBooksEtc.com has softcover books in 4x6, 7x5, 6x8, 9x7, 8 1/2x8 1/2, 8x10 and 8 1/2x11. Some have plain covers and some offer you a photo cover.
