Valentines Photo Books

Valentines Photo Books are great for one of the most romantic days of the year. Unfortunately, the day is usually met with trepidation by those who have no idea what to get their sweetheart on this special day. This is similar because you need to spend some time thinking about that special someone and creating something just for them.

First, find the publisher of your choice. To do that, you might want to visit Love Backgrounds to see if there's a background that you prefer. The following is a list of photo printer/publishers that we found had the best Valentines Day photo books and/or cards.

1. OurHubbub - Has two books: Valentine's Day Modern and Valentine's Day Traditional. Each design starts with a set of colors, backgrounds, frames and stickers to help you tell your story. Of course, OurHubbub designs are fully customizable and you can change backgrounds, resize photo boxes, add text, select font color and size and add or delete stickers. I previewed both books and they're unique the way the are.

   Love Poems - Collect your favorite classic love poems and add them to a special photo book.

   Proposal Book - Design a custom photo book filled with photos and text that tells a story of your romance.

3. Snapfish - Reasonably priced, Snapfish has only two "Playful Hearts" themes. However, they offer a wide variety of over 40 different Valentine themed greeting cards and photo cards.

4. Inkubook - Has a book "Reasons I Love You". You can fill in the number of reasons depending on the length of your book. There weren't too many different backgrounds to choose from and basically used full page spreads to tell the story in this Valentines photo book.

5. PhotoWorks - Has a book called "Love and Roses". This rose-themed photo book is an elegant way to tell the story of your love. PhotoWorks also has awesome Valentine's Day cards!

6. Shutterfly - Has two Valentines Photo Books. One is an 8x8 Romance Story Book and the other is a 12x12 Romance Memory Book. You have two cover choices and six background designs from which to choose.

Next, decide what span of time you’ll want to cover. Obviously, the newer relationships are going to have less time (and less pictures) to span, but probably have all their pictures on the computer already. If you have a longer relationship you’re celebrating, try to narrow it down and pick a memorable vacation or your favorite pictures of your valentine. If you don’t have the pictures on your computer, don’t despair. Scanning is very easy once you have the pictures in hand.

You’ve decided on the publisher, you have your pictures in a folder on your computer, the rest is a snap. Log in and create a book. You can manually select the layouts and backgrounds for your book or do the autofill. Either way, you’re going to have a personal and memorable book that your valentine will treasure for years to come. Just don’t let them know how easy it was!
