Make Your Own Photobooks

Snapfish vs. Shutterfly Photo Book Review

by Bridget

Lately, I've been obsessed with making these online photo books. In the last month or so I've created two online books. Before creating these online books I haven't scrap booked since being without power during hurricane Wilma in 2005.

I'm excited to make more books! Just last weekend my friends and I took over 100 pics at the MSU football party and 40 pics at a Halloween party. I've created photo books on both Snapfish and Shutterfly. The Shutterfly book and website blew away Snapfish. The Shutterfly site appeared to have 20x more backgrounds choices. Having more background choices is important to me because I know that I will be creating a lot more books and I don't want to re-use the same tired backgrounds.

The printed Shutterfly book pages were colorful, rich, and full of life. The printed Snapfish book pages were dull and lifeless in comparison. I think that Snapfish should invest in better printers.
