One of my friends turned me on to SmileBooks. I travel a lot for work and my company is pretty cheap so I don't have a wireless card for my laptop. I love the fact that you can download the software and create your book offline. I create a book every time I have a long flight.

The software is easy to use and has tons of features. I have some really great books from them. I also have books from Snapfish and I can honestly say there is a BIG difference in the quality. The SmileBooks pages are a lot heavier.

They just came out with a new book that you can have printed on real photo paper. I have to start taking some more pistures so I have a reason to create one!!

the long journey

Hi, I've spent a lot of time trying to be a customer of Smilebooks, a lot because I want photo paper in my books.
Now, I'm not a novice, I use Photoshop and Lightroom, etc.
But twice my completed book has been corrupted or lost.
It takes so long for customer service to get back to me that invariably any coupon I have expires.
They often make it unclear on their promos; once I worked very hard to complete a book on time. I made the deadline only to be told that that promo was only for their online design program, not the do it at home program, so I could not use the coupon.
I hear they have a quality product... BUT I WOULDN'T KNOW!

You should be thankful that your company is cheap -- then you have no worries using your inflight time making photo books. That is such a great idea.
