Make Your Own Photobooks

Scrapblog Photo Book Review

Scrapblog is a unique photo book printer. They are geared toward the creation of sharing multimedia scrapbooks online. Each "scrapblog" can also be printed as individual pages or into a beautiful photo book. There are two different ways you can design a book: starting from scratch or using a template.

If you design your book from scratch, you can choose from a wide variety of backgrounds, stickers, shapes, and texts and balloons. If you create a basic page design, there is a duplicate button so you can replicate it for each page you want. This is great for those people who are crafty and for those who have the time to develop a project.

For those people who need a bit of help with their designs or just don't have enough time, you can choose the template option. Here you will find many scrapblogs that you can personalize for your own use. You will be creating a beautiful scrapbook page just by adding your own pictures. You could then add pages to these shorter templates, or you can start a book from scratch. Not all the items on the site are free. Some of the premium backgrounds and stickers will require you to purchase credits that can be used for these premium items.

The photo book software is quite functional. You can change the order of your pages, and even import pages from other projects. Each page can be exported as a jpg. This would allow you to import a page designed in Scrapblog into another photo book software to use elsewhere.

A new feature is the QuickMix. This is a super easy way to make a photo book - you choose the theme and choose your pictures and it puts the book together for you. First time users can take the tour after they choose their first book and it explains all the tabs. After the book is put together you have the option of making any changes you want. Text options are easy to choose, and you can also use additional stickers in your book design. The initial QuickMix has some free stickers included, but you can purchase more stickers to use in your design if you'd like. I don't usually care that much for the auto-design books, but really enjoyed using this one developed by Scrapblog.
