Make Your Own Photobooks

Refillable pages (12x12)

I am looking for a scrapbook-like option. I would like the size to be 12x12 and I would like the option to add pages (screwposts). Are there any high quality printers/websites that offer this flexibility? I have found that "Kolo" offers this option, but not in the size I am looking for. Do you know of any other companies?

All the printers and publishers we review make a completed book and there is no ability to add pages. Good luck in finding a resource.
