Picaboo was Terrible

$350 on a leather bound photo book and I assumed I would have gotten something wedding album quality. NOT. The paper is thin and tears easily and the quality of the ink as well as the binding is sub par. What's worse is the "customer service" told me that that's the risk you take when ordering online! BEWARE! Not happy at all and will not be using this service EVER again!
