Picaboo photobook problems: crashes loading images

I am a long time MPIX photobook user and I decided to try Picaboo photobooks because they offer lay flat pages and had a Groupon offer going on.

I have had intermittent problems with Picaboo's software crashing while trying to load images. I tried using the chat feature today, but the customer support person was unable to help and she said she was going to escalate it to more technical support and that I would be contacted in a few days.

So far, my Picaboo experience was great, but if I can't get through this stalling/crashing problem, it won't be worth switching from MPIX.
