Make Your Own Photobooks

PhotoWorks Does the Job For Me

I have quite a long history with Photoworks from the time they were known as Seattle Film Works. While other photo book publishers definitely provide impressive output, I watched Photoworks' product line grow from film developing to online photo products and book publishing.

If I need scrapbook type books, I'd use Shutterfly or Picaboo (or other publisher). My projects, however, do not require fancy layouts and backgrounds that I feel would distract the viewer from the photographs themselves.

I produce photo books that I hope will become family heirlooms. They contain photos from generations that go back to the 1890s. I have not been disappointed with the results thus far. Photoworks has enough cover choices and layouts to produce what I need. The fact that they printed everything on archival quality paper from the get-go and used stitched binding (instead of glue) set them apart long ago.
