I was extremely disappointed with this company! Last year I had 6 books printed and they were fairly good.

This year I worked for months to produce another book using their system. I was aware of a 40% off promotion for Nov. Since these were Christmas gifts I was pleased to be able to use the discounts. I submitted the books but when I proceeded to pay, my "code" was not accepted.
I called the on-line support and was assured my discount would be applied and to quote a number he gave me and proceed.

Long story short, this was not true. He was in Malaysia and did not understand. Somehow, I used an old program and no discounts applied!!! I have called and tried to explain that I did not know about this but no one cares at all.

It appears to be a very "Mickey Mouse" or "Mom and Pop" business and I would avoid at all costs.
It's fine if all goes well but there is absolutely no one to contact if it doesn't!

Photobookcanada has no customer service NEW

I don't like to diss a company but these guys have got serious issues with their so called customer service. I have put in 4 different orders for large image wrap books of a 180 pages or more. The first one came quite quickly (within 3weeks) but had to be reprinted as the pages were falling out. But they managed to do that quite quickly. So I put in order number 2. Had problems with the upload but managed to straighten that out and had my book within a month. Then order number 3. One problem after another. Their customer service has all but ceased. Very hard to resolve issues with the book as they never answer their phone or reply to emails. What is going on over there? It has been 2 months and still no book. Uploaded book number 4 and issues with that upload also. Very difficult to resolve when they take forever to email you about the issues and they never answer their phone. I respond right away but they take weeks to get back to you and time is wasted. They should stop making books as they cannot keep up with the demand!

I love my books from Photobook Canada. I highly disagree with the other to comments. All promotions and discount usages are always stated in their terms and conditions and as for the print quality it often has mostly to do with the quality of the photographs. If you have any questions their customer service people are always there to help. I would most definitely order from Photobook Canada again!

Photobook Canada disappointing

I had my books reprinted a few times. The quality of the color RED is awful. The software it impressive but the printing is of bad quality. I would not recommend this company for their protobooks.
