The use of digital cameras will seriously increase the number of pictures you take. Photo Management software or photo organizing software gives you the ability to store these pictures so you can identify and find them when you want them.
My Experience with Photo Mangement Software
To test which was the best photo management software on the market, I used roughly 3,000 pictures that I took with my film camera from 1972 until the present. I took 350 pictures from one vacation this year, and used different software to test each one's ease of use.

Though many of the best photo organizing software programs do contain some basic photo editing capabilities.
