My Review: Bad Experience with Artscow Photo Books

Artscow Photo Books is OK for prints or something that doesn't cost a lot of shipping. But I just ordered 4 16X20 stretched canvas. Cost me $80 just for shipping. They messed 2 of them up.

On one the top edge was 2 1/2" white. and on the other the side edge was 1" white. I emailed and told them about this and they said it was my fault because of the "Bleed" zone. What the heck is the bleed zone. They said I submitted it that way.

Well, I went back and began to set up another order of the same thing. There was never a step that required me to adjust my picture for the Bleed zone. You just click the picture and it was there just like you would at ordering prints. They refuse to take the blame for poor quality control. If I want the problem solved I must return the product which will cost me another $80 and that is non refundable. They have me.

So I think that it is better to do business locally if for nothing but Customer service. I have lost over $80 with this transaction. Just because I was trying to save a little money. Will not do business with them again.
