My Publisher has excellent customer service

I used My Publisher for my wedding album a few years ago and loved it. One problem I noticed was a blue ink splot on my dress on one of the pages. I emailed the company and asked if there was something they could do to fix it. They promptly responded offering another book at no charge (no shipping charge either).
