My Experience with Shutterfly

I recently ordered two photo books (85 pages in all) from Shutterfly. When I received my order, I was pleasantly surprised that it looked better then I thought it would. I used mostly old photos in this book so some of the quality was not the best.

However, looking through the book one day, a page came out and then several came out. It did not look like they were bound good enough to stay together. I called Shutterfly and they are sending me another one and assured me this was not a usual situation.

Several people in my family want a copy of the book, but now we are all leary as to how good it will stay together. Shutterfly was very nice and professional in this situation so no problem there. I am so disappointed as I spent months and months putting this together from pictures gathered from family members.

The second book came apart also and this from just looking at the book. No rough or unusual treatment.

Has anyone else had a problem with this? Would be interested in hearing.
