Kodak photo book using Adobe Photo Elements

Created my photobook using Photoshop Elements which then allows one to upload directly to Kodak. What a mess! The book looked great in PSE, but when the book arrived over 3 weeks later (to Canada), ALL pages were cropped off on the right side. Text was cropped, photos were cropped off in the middle. There was a white band across top of every page. Background colours were inconsistent. Kodak's only solution was to not use Photoshop Elements and re-create the entire book using Kodak's templates and interface. Adobe put the blame squarely on Kodak - I was stuck in the middle. Would not use Kodak again, nor recommend Kodak or Photoshop Elements. It was a very disappointing experience.

I agree with you. Both Kodak and Adobe say that both applications are full compatible but behind that there are a lot of problems...
