How to you create a one photo cover spread?

Hi I downloaded the software but cannot figure out how to make one photo as a cover spread across the the front, back and spine of the cover, -- can this be done? I spent way too much time trying to figure it out in the software and then researched online using these terms to no avail, their help (which offers basic help) does not provide FULL and COMPLETE answers.

For example In their "Help" I saw an article on how to make a 2-page spread (but not on how to for the cover) and it stated to delete bleeds first (but never mentions how to determine if there ARE bleeds NOR HOW explains how to Delete them).
Online help is not that useful as you have to search and search and read and often can't find the answers to your specific qeusiton - waste of time.

Other than that, the software seems good, good choices in backgrounds, layouts and phtoo editing tools and seems to work so far on a Mac hung once but doesn't crash all the time like some others).
