Happy Birthday to Me Photo Book

A friend of my son's showed up at the door one day. He said it was his birthday and that he was going around taking pictures with people that he liked and wanted to get a picture taken. He had a designated driver with him -- the driver was the picture taker.

I thought what a fun way to spend a birthday. You get to talk to a lot of people who are happy to see you. And to commemorate it with a picture was a great idea. How many times do you really get pictures of you with your friends? It seems you want to capture the joy you have in your children and want to document the life stages, but we don't do the same with our friends.

So, spend your next birthday getting pictures taken with your friends. They'd make a great book!
