I am not sure that I understand your question - what seems to be such an easy question too. In the terminology that I use a download means loading something from the internet to your computer. If that is the same terminology that you use then it could only mean what photo book publisher has the easiest to download software. Or, you could mean which publisher has the easiest picture upload (moving something from your computer to the internet)? As you can see, each question is quite different. So, I will give an answer for both questions. All A+ and A photo book publishers have easy to use software and good photo upload speeds. We did not review either of these features, but it seems that any publisher that did well on our feature set review also did well on almost any feature you would test. Also, rating the ease of use beyond a certain functionality becomes quite difficult to do and hard to create rating criteria that would be easy to evaluate and objective. If you have an specific ideas for rating criteria we would be glad to hear them.
