Does 2-page Spread Work with all Printers?

Hi, I have been looking all over to find printers that do the 2-page spread. I am somewhat limited as I am living in Europe and I don't want to incur enormous shipping charges and taxes etc. Anyhow, I was looking at your suggestion on how to make a 2-page spread (allow 1/4" around both pictures). Have you ever had a time where that method didn't work out or can you pretty much rely on it with any printer? I was thinking about making a book with a collage program and basically all the pages would be 2-page spreads. Hence it would suck, if for some reason it doesn't work out with the printer i choose. Thanks a lot, your help is much appreciated and thanks for all the good work you are doing.

Digilabs offers 2-page spread for photo books.

I wouldn't trust the 2-page spread workaround with all printers. However, if you want to do a book with 2-page spreads I would try out Digilabs because they offer a 2-page spread within their templates. That should be about as trustworthy as you can get. Let us know if you try it.
