Did not Like Picaboo Photo Books

1st of all I have been a Picaboo customer for about 4 years. 2nd they are the most expensive, however I believe in customer loyalty

I ordered a book that I made for my recent Mexico trip which cost $75. Well, their program was giving my computer a hard time and making everything very slow. I finally was able to upload and order. I noticed that it wasn't uploading all my photos (I upload to the web for all my friends to see) So I immediately contacted them and told them my problem.

Later that afternoon (about 5 hours later) they responded and they gave me a link. Sure enough, they weren't all there and I emailed them back. The next morning they told me it's too late they already printed it, but would give me a 50% off if I want to reprint it. They said I needed to cancel within 1/2 hour of the order (which I did).

I sent them an email explaining this. Their response was a shipping notice. Nice company. So I later found out that My Publisher has a money back guarantee even if its your fault. I know who I will be using next time.
