CVS Photo Center Photo Book Review

CVS Photo Center is a good and basic site for building a simple photo book. If you are already using CVS Photo Center for your photo prints then this might be a good site for you. The site is user friendly for creating a photo book for the first time - not a lot of bells and whistles, but enough variety in themes and backgrounds and in-book editing to let you get the feel of creating a custom photo book. They now allow you to have captions on many of the layout pages and even full page text.

There are only two different hardcover photo book sizes -- 8.5x11 and 8x8 -- and one softcover size at 5x7. This limited variety of sizes might not effect the average user, but make sure you do not want a larger size before you begin your project. Added to their linen and faux-leather die-cut window covers is a new custom photo cover. The custom photo cover is one of the most popular covers available, so it is good that they have added this to their line-up.

CVS Photo Center is partnered with Kodak and it's actually the latter who prints the book. The bindings on the books are stapled and glued.
